1 Course Purchases

All course purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the course content has been granted.

2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issues preventing access to the purchased course

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3 Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4 Cancellation
